Ingredients

  • 4 cups of watermelon, cubed

  • 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 cup of honey or sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.

  2. Add the lime juice, honey, and water, and blend again until everything is combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker.

  4. If using an ice cream maker, churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  5. If freezing without an ice cream maker, freeze the sorbet for about 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until firm and fluffy.

  6. Scoop and serve!
