4 cups of watermelon, cubed
1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
1/4 cup of honey or sweetener of choice
1/2 cup of water
Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
Add the lime juice, honey, and water, and blend again until everything is combined.
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker.
If using an ice cream maker, churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
If freezing without an ice cream maker, freeze the sorbet for about 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until firm and fluffy.
