  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the baking tray)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking tray with olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and chili flakes. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place them evenly on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
