Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread an additional layer of ketchup on top for a glaze.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
