2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 packet Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
In another bowl, prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to the package instructions. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit batter over the chicken mixture, covering it as evenly as possible.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and brush melted butter over the biscuits. Serve warm and enjoy!
