Ingredients

  • Cooked turkey, diced
  • Egg noodles
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • Milk
  • Frozen peas
  • Onion
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
  • Sauté onions until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine noodles, turkey, sautéed onions, peas, soup, milk, and seasonings.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish, top with cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
