  • 4 sub rolls, toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickle slices (optional)

Instructions

  4. Slice the grilled chicken into strips. Toss with a generous amount of the white BBQ sauce.
  5. Assemble the subs by placing lettuce, tomato slices, and pickle slices on the toasted sub rolls. Add the saucy chicken strips.
  6. Drizzle extra white BBQ sauce on top if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in some of the BBQ sauce for 30 minutes before grilling.
  • You can add additional toppings like sliced onions or shredded cheese.
